adhd

What it does¶

adhd answers in the shortest useful form: tiny sentences, the point first, at most three bullets (what it is, why it matters, and the catch only if it would bite), then it stops. No preamble, no history, no "it depends" up front. If you want more, you ask.

When to reach for it¶

You invoke this by typing /adhd; the agent won't reach for it on its own. Reach for it when an answer is too long to hold, or before a question you want answered in one breath. For a plain-language explanation with an analogy instead, use eli5.

It's working if¶

• The answer fits on one screen without scrolling, and its first sentence is the answer.
• It stops after three bullets and waits.
